I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this exceptionally comfortable hotel, absolutely perfect and reasonably spacious rooms. I got an excellent breakfast with traditional Moroccan food and jams. An oasis of calm in Marrakech
Arriving at Riad Samsara after a long journey was like stepping into a serene haven. Bouchra and her team greeted us warmly, offering refreshing mint tea as we waited for our beautifully decorated Jacaranda room to be prepared. The space was a delight, showcasing traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, and breakfast enjoyed in the sun on the terrace was an lovely treat.
The evening temperatures dropped quite low was good. We had to request a fire in the fireplace, and the initial response from staff felt somewhat indifferent. Lastly, the location, while peaceful, was a little farther from the main attractions than we expected, requiring some navigation.

missingWrote a review on 11 Octroom cleanlinessmanagement issues
I faced a significant inconvenience with the room cleanliness. Even though the initial impression was fine, I discovered a tiny cockroach on the wall. It was unsettling to wake up to a larger cockroach crawling near me. This caused sleepless nights and forced me to leave a day early. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in that room anymore. My attempts to resolve the issue with management were met with disregard. Talking to the staff was somewhat reassuring, but the lack of response from management really overshadowed my experience.

Family with children will love this
The atmosphere was really warm, you could feel it right away as soon as you entered. The food prepared by Milouda was heavenly, especially the Tagine adorned with rose petals. I swear, it was the best meal we had during our travels.
It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny.
